Instead of sitting on a camping chair, like we did in 2013 when Allison GmbH was founded, our nearly 80 colleagues now sit on comfortable, back-friendly office chairs – in a state-of-the-art building, where we focused primarily on one thing during construction: energy efficiency and thus environmental protection. Because respect – for colleagues, customers, and the environment – is one of our guiding principles that we’ve lived by from the very beginning, both in our Frankenthal office and in the production of our products! Our company
Rooted in Taiwan, but at home worldwide.
Allison GmbH is part of one of the world’s largest manufacturers of baby products, Wonderland Nurserygoods CO. Ltd., with over 13,000 employees. Since 2013, we have been responsible for the distribution of our brands from Frankenthal, supporting European distributors, managing the central warehouse, and identifying key consumer requirements to ensure they are incorporated into product development.
The Wonderland Group, founded in 1983 by Kenny Cheng in Taipei, owns a five-hectare production site that is certified according to ISO 9001 (“Quality Management System Certification”) and ISO 14001 (“Environmental Management System Certification”) standards. All our products must pass tests here that go far beyond the required standards – on our own crash test and material testing facilities.
The safety of your babies and children is not the only priority for the company – the well-being of each individual employee is also important, with the goal that all colleagues enjoy coming to work. The production site offers a variety of opportunities to relax, unwind, or burn off energy: in the gym, while playing table tennis, or in the company’s own football league. In addition, safety training and inspections are regularly conducted, and annual health checks are offered to the production staff.

Of course, no one wishes for something to break, but when it does happen, the colleagues from After Sales are the right point of contact. Whether with traditional tools or clever tricks, they manage to get many a broken stroller rolling again.

The phone rarely stops ringing for them. Our experts in orders, inquiries, or logistics have everything in sight and take care of every concern.
Finance & Controlling
Our colleagues keep an eye on everything related to numbers, costs, and forecasts. From the annual financial statement to the invoice – these topics and documents are in the best hands with them.
Human Resources
The Allison mix makes it – this is our motto and our conviction, because together we are stronger. The Human Resources team takes care of all personnel matters and continuously develops internal HR processes. At the same time, it’s also about new employees who will drive our company forward.
Marketing
Knowing and understanding the target audience’s needs, and thinking from the perspective of our end users. This is the foundation for campaign planning, trade show appearances, PR and media ideas, events, creative copywriting, and targeted product launches – in marketing, creative marketing minds meet organizational talents and doers.
Product management
How can we further improve our products? What kind of stroller do parents really need? And how do our car seats perform in crash tests? Our product managers find the answers to these questions – with a lot of technical and functional expertise.
Sales
Always on the go and in dialogue with our retail partners to showcase our products in the best possible way. Whether product presentations, training, or questions – our Area Sales Managers are always the first point of contact.

Since 2018, we have been doing this in Frankenthal in the beautiful Palatinate, in a building where we primarily focused on energy efficiency and renewable energy during construction. How do we achieve this? With a geothermal system for heating and cooling and a photovoltaic system covering around 500 m² here in Frankenthal.
